  1. When is Five Islands Amusement Park open?

    The Amusement Park is complete and open to the public. The Water Park will be the second park and open at a later date. Operating hours and days may change depending on weather and other factors.

  2. How do I get to Five Islands Amusement Park?

    We are located in Chaguarmas just after the Boardwalk in West Trinidad.

  3. What if we're a group? Do we get a discount?

    Yes we do. Groups of 20 or more qualify for discounts off of regular priced admissions and MUST be purchased in advance. Please email us at info@fiveislandswaterpark.com to make your arrangements.

  4. How do I pay for admission?

    If purchased at our main entrance, we accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards, as well as Five Islands Amusement Park gift cards. You must have a valid photo ID to pay with credit card.

  5. Can I bring a picnic items or coolers?

    Five Islands Amusement Park provides a small picnic area outside of the main entrance of the park.

  6. Are we allowed to leave and re-enter the park in the same day?

    Yes. Please be sure to have both of your hands stamped prior to exiting, and keep your wristband that you receive when you pay your admission fee.

  7. Do you offer food specials or catering to accommodate groups?

  8. Where are the best places to play with my toddler in the park?

    We have many popular attractions for small children. These water features have been designed with the toddler's age and developing skills in mind.

  9. What if there is bad weather on the day of my visit?

    Our amusement park has both indoor and outdoor facilities. In the vent of rain while at the park, customers can enjoy our indoor attractions and arcade games in addition to our concession and coffee bar. In the event of thunder and lightning, attractions will be temporarily closed. Rain checks will be provided at the park's management discretion. Refunds will be NOT be issued.

  10. What is the best time to visit Five Islands Amusement Park?

    It's always a great time to visit Five Islands Amusement Park! You can review our Operating Calendar for dates and hours. Mid-week is usually the slowest time for the water park and will afford you the greatest opportunity to avoid the peak crowds.

  11. What do I do if my party gets separated?

    It is imperative that each family establish a meeting point for family and friends. It is also recommended that younger children be shown the Guest Services building upon entry into the park, as this is where any lost parents or lost children should report to be re-united with their family. However, any Five Islands Amusement Park team member may be approached and will assist in locating lost family or friends.

  12. Where do we park when we have arrived at Five Islands Amusement Park?

    The official parking for the Five Islands Amusement Park is located at the entrance on the northern side.

  13. What are the height requirements/restrictions?

    Each attraction has height restrictions and limitations for customers. View our attraction height guide here.

  14. Where can I store my things?

    We encourage using a locker to store all valuables and personal items. Lockers are available near the main changing area. Lockers can be purchased at any register and are loaded onto your wristband for access.

  15. Where can I change once I wish to leave the park?

    Five Islands Amusement Park offers changing rooms and private showers in both our men's and ladies' restrooms.

  16. Does Five Islands Amusement Park provide towels?

    Customers are encouraged to bring their own towels and swimwear if they wish to go on the Surf Rider.

  17. Is the Park complete?

    The dry park is almost complete with a few more attractions to be added in the coming months.

  18. Will the Amusement Park & Water Park be separate?

    Yes, the parks will be separate. Each with its own admission fee, attractions and specials.
