Answers

  1. When is Five Islands Water & Amusement Park open?

    The Amusement Park is complete and open to the public. The Water Park will be the second park and open at a later date. Operating hours and days may change depending on weather and other factors.

  2. How do I get to Five Islands Water & Amusement Park?

    We are located in Chaguarmas just after the Boardwalk in West Trinidad.

  3. What if we're a group? Do we get a discount?

    Yes we do. Groups of 20 or more qualify for discounts off of regular priced admissions and MUST be purchased in advance. Please email us at info@fiveislandswaterpark.com to make your arrangements.

  4. How do I pay for admission?

    If purchased at our main entrance, we accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards, as well as Five Islands Water & Amusement Park gift cards. You must have a valid photo ID to pay with credit card. If you are purchasing tickets online, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards.

  5. Can I bring my own water inflatables like tubes or rafts?

    Guests may not bring any recreational flotation devices into the park. Five Islands Water & Amusement Park provides lifejackets and inner tubes free of charge on a first-come, first-serve basis. However, guests may bring their own coast guard approved floatation devices.

  6. Can I bring a picnic items or coolers?

    Five Islands Water & Amusement Park provides a small picnic area outside of the main entrance of the park. Guests are able to enjoy their picnic in this area, but are not allowed to bring any outside food or beverages into the facility.

  7. Are we allowed to leave and re-enter the park in the same day?

    Yes. Please be sure to have both of your hands stamped prior to exiting, and keep your wristband that you receive when you pay your admission fee.

  8. Do you offer food specials or catering to accommodate groups?

  9. Where are the best places to play with my toddler in the park?

    We have many popular attractions for small children. These water features have been designed with the toddler's age and developing skills in mind.

  10. What if there is bad weather on the day of my visit?

    It is advised that you check the local forecast for the water area prior to your visit. Five Islands Water & Amusement Park Water Park does not close slides due to light rain. In the event of thunder and lightning, attractions will be temporarily closed. Rain checks will be provided at the park's management discretion. Refunds will be NOT be issued. Please keep in mind that if inclement weather is expected for the entire day, Five Islands Water & Amusement Park reserves the right to not open the facility.

  11. What is the best time to visit Five Islands Water & Amusement Park?

    It's always a great time to visit Five Islands Water & Amusement Park! You can review our Operating Calendar for dates and hours. Mid-week is usually the slowest time for the water park and will afford you the greatest opportunity to avoid the peak crowds.

  12. What do I do if my party gets separated?

    It is imperative that each family establish a meeting point for family and friends. It is also recommended that younger children be shown the Guest Services building upon entry into the park, as this is where any lost parents or lost children should report to be re-united with their family. However, any Five Islands Water & Amusement Park team member may be approached and will assist in locating lost family or friends.

  13. What about Water Safety?

    Five Islands Water & Amusement Park is staffed with over 50 specially trained, award winning lifeguards. While it is the duty of the lifeguards to ensure the safety of all guests, we ask that parents please be mindful of their children and family members at all times. Ride safety rules are posted at each pool and slide. We request that each guest review these thoroughly. Lifejackets are provided throughout the park and their use is encouraged to provide additional safety.

  14. Where do we park when we have arrived at Five Islands Water & Amusement Park?

    The official parking for the Five Islands Water & Amusement Park is located at the entrance on the northern side. There is no parking available at the park itself.

  15. What are the height requirements/restrictions?

    While most attractions do not have any restrictions, there are many that do require a minimum height or have a maximum weight. All attraction restrictions will be updated on the attraction page closer to opening.

  16. Where can I store my things?

    We encourage using a locker to store all valuables and personal items. Lockers are available near the main changing area. Lockers can be purchased at any register and are loaded onto your wristband for access.

  17. Are tubes available in the park?

    Yes. Courtesy tubes are provided for all slides that require a tube.

  18. Where can I change once I wish to leave the park?

    Five Islands Water & Amusement Park offers changing rooms and private showers in both our men's and ladies' restrooms.

  19. Does Five Islands Water & Amusement Park provide towels?

    Towels are NOT provided and guests are asked to bring their own. In the event towels are left at home, our retail shops wills have towels available for sale.
